Xu Xiaofang is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Accounting at Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU). She mainly teaches graduate and undergraduate courses, including “Financial Theory Research”, “Financial Management”, "Intermediate Financial Accounting" and "Principles of Accounting". Her research interests are corporate governance, capital market accounting and finance, information disclosure, etc. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Doctor’s Degree in Accounting from Renmin University of China, and She worked as a postdoctoral researcher in accounting at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. She has been in charged and participated in more than 10 research projects including National Natural Science Fund projects, National Social Science Fund projects, and other projects. She has published academic papers in several journals such as Economic Research Journal, Management World, Journal of Management Sciences in China, Journal of Financial Research, Accounting Research, etc, and she is also an anonymous reviewer for several important journals in China. She has received several awards for teaching and research.
